We Heart Technique!

Mondays in February (4th, 11th, 18th, 25th)

Cost: $8/class or $24 for all 4 (Students, $5/class)

Fall in love with technique as you build better frame, connection, and footwork throughout the month!  While we work on the building blocks of lindy hop, new combinations will be introduce that stress good technique.

This class is for those who have 
taken Balboa and those who want to start learn. Steve & Susie will be starting at the very beginning of the footwork process, then they will add to those steps so you can go out onto the dance floor with confidence!

January Swing Dance Classes: Lindy Hop

Start out the new year on the right foot (or left, if you're leading)--Lindy Hop with Brew City Hops! We'll have both beginner and intermediate classes in the basement of Summerfield United Methodist Church; the intermediate class will be in the main room to the right and the beginner class will be in the "Annex," straight forward as you enter the church. Please note that the intermediate class will begin at 7 and the beginner class begins at 7:30. Both classes are welcome and encouraged to party together at Pizza Shuttle after class.

Lindy Hop 101 - Lindy Hop for Beginners

Mondays, January 14th, 21st, and 28th (No Class on Jan. 7th for this series only)

Cost: $15 for the 3 class series

Start the year off right by learning the best damn American vernacular jazz dance in..well…America! Justin and Becky will be teaching this 3 week series directed at new and beginning dancers. Learn all the basics of Lindy Hop and few tricks and tips as well. Please note: these classes will be shorter than the standard classes and start a little later.

New Year's Resolutions - Intermediate Lindy Hop Solutions

Resolve to push your Lindy Hop to the next level this year. Improve balance and core movement, focus on communication and connection, and work on the details that will make your Lindy Hop pop at faster tempos.
